§ 3.2-3. Use of vehicle, public street, or public place for sleeping quarters.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sleep in, occupy, or live in or otherwise be found using a motor vehicle for sleeping quarters on any public street or at any public place within the Town. Violations of this section shall be punishable by a $50.00 fine for the first offense and $100.00 for each subsequent offense.
